They ship primarily with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and USPS based on cost, destination and availability. Local charges may occur at the customer’s expense, especially for international orders where additional duties and taxes may apply.

As for the return policy, all returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your items. All products must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition with original tags still attached to be eligible for a return or exchange. Please note that they do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to them, unless they have incorrectly fulfilled your order. Returns are eligible for store credit (no restocking fee) or a refund ($5 restocking fee applies).
